Pink Lady is our favourite single variety. The Pink Lady apples picked for this Cider are grown on our largest consecutive acreage — 35 acres. They are picked with a high level of malic acid to create a well-rounded cider with a tart finish. Made with our family’s Certified Organic fruit.

6.9% alcohol in 750ml bottles.
