Shipping
Who do you ship with?
We ship with a courier named ATS Healthcare.
Do I get a tracking number?
A tracking number will be sent to your provided email address when the package is assembled and ready for shipment.
How do I communicate specific shipping instructions to you?
Please update your C&G Cider Club account for any specific shipping requirements or if you would like your club pack sent to an alternative address than the one on your account. We can make these changes up until 1 week before we ship out.
Can I pick up my order at the cidery?
Yes, you can always pick up your order at the cidery. Please make sure to note your pickup preference on your online account and we will organize a pickup window for you.
Cost
How much does the Cider Club cost?
Creek & Gully’s Cider Club costs $150 charged twice a year. The price includes shipping within BC. Out of province shipping varies: Prairies $40; Central $60; Atlantic $80. All taxes are province dependent and calculated for you prior to your shipment. he country.
When will my credit card be charged?
We will charge the credit card associated with your account one week before shipping.
What if I want to skip a payment?
No problem, you can skip a shipment at any time! Just log into to your C&G Cider Club account to easily prompt to skip.
How do I update my credit card information?
Log into your C&G Cider Club account to easily update your card. We will make sure to remind you to take a look and make sure your details are up to date when we send out our seasonal email.
Ciders
Can I add more ciders to my shipment?
Absolutely! We are always able to add more ciders to your shipment without any additional shipping charges. In fact if you are shipping outside of BC once you purchase 12 bottles total (an additional 6 to your club package) you will automatically receive free shipping.
Can I switch out any of the ciders in my Club Shipment?
Unfortunately, we do not allow for any exchanges with our cider club shipment. If you like a cider or want to try more of it you can easily add to your club pack through your C&G Cider Club account.
How do I learn about the ciders in the pack?
We will always send out a printed information sheet telling you about the ciders in your shipment. Interested in learning more? You can always reach out to us via Instagram or email to ask us any additional questions
Tastings + Discounts
How do I get my free tastings?
Included in your package is an electronic Gift Certificate for complimentary tastings for 6. We encourage you to bring your friends and family by to learn about what we are doing each year. The best part—if one of your group decides to join the club while you are here, you receive a referral bottle— on us!
How does my discount work?
Online – your 15% discount will be automatically applied when logged into your C&G Cider Club account.
In-person – please let us know that you are a Cider Club member at checkout, and our staff will manually apply your discount at the time of purchase.
Cancellation
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time by visiting your online C&G account.
